About the Role

As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. Remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive and operate box trucks, and represent our brand with integrity and professionalism. No prior junk removal experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
