About the Role
As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.
Responsibilities
- Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use.
- Communicating effectively the findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.
- Maintaining calibration of specialized tools.
- Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.
- Exposure to general networking practices/architectures.
- Ability to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.

- $79,380.00 - $154,010.00
