About the Role

In this position, you will ensure the smooth operation of our heat and power generation systems from quotation to contract completion, leveraging your technical expertise. You will consistently focus on customer service, economic aspects, and actively contributing to the energy transition. You will support our specialist partners, your direct colleagues, and our sales team for heat and power solutions at Viessmann with technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives regarding technical questions and assist them in quotation preparation.
Act as the first point of contact for our specialist partners and manage order processing through to secure system operation.
Ensure the implementation and feasibility of offered services with your technical understanding, thereby guaranteeing a smooth process for specialist partners.
Professionally receive and independently process telephone and email inquiries as well as complaints, ensuring 'Best-in-Class' customer service.
Collect feedback from customers and specialist partners to support the improvement of our services.
Manage newly installed and existing customer systems, ensuring smooth operation in collaboration with our specialist partners and technical service.

Requirements

Completed specialized training as a system mechanic, SHK, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician, or electrician.
Ideally, experience in customer service, HVAC system operation, and complaint processing.
Proficient in IT applications such as Salesforce, Office programs, Gmail, or SAP.
Organized, results-oriented, and possess a high capacity for learning.
Customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
