About the Role

This role involves escorting patients, transporting supplies, and performing messengering duties, all while delivering superior customer service and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

Escort patients to areas throughout the hospital.
Transport patients, patient supplies, and perform messengering duties.
Provide superior customer service and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Maintain a culture of compassion, caring, warmth, and support.
Respond to patients’ needs and inquiries politely and promptly.

Requirements

Extensive customer service experience and a desire to Put Patients First.
Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
