This role is crucial for efficiently processing donations, stocking merchandise, and supporting store operations to help turn donations into opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into sellable, salvage, or recyclable categories
• Use equipment like gaylord tippers to process goods efficiently
• Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Support customer service, register, and store upkeep

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and efficient
• A team player who thrives in a busy environment and rolls up your sleeves to work
• Physically capable and safety-minded

• Retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo
