About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at a seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup in Berlin, you will own a book of enterprise accounts and drive their AI transformation journeys. This role involves customer success, commercial growth, and product influence, utilizing AI agents and automation. It's a high-ownership, high-impact position within a small, ambitious team operating fully on-site in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be directly accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Build structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Run strategic customer conversations, including QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins, grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes by finding champions, managing blockers, and building multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-level.
  • Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business, systematically eliminating manual effort.
  • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into product improvements and action plans.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer while aligning with the company's product direction and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing enterprise role (Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales).
  • Proven track record driving adoption, renewals, and expansion in complex enterprise organizations.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and automating workflows; comfortable using AI to replace manual work in your own day-to-day.
  • Technical credibility to hold substantive conversations about model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen: understanding the levers of a SaaS business and how to position and close expansion conversations.
  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English are both required.
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Berlin (relocation support available).
