About the Role
A fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform is seeking a proactive Full-Stack Product Engineer to own features end-to-end and ship AI-powered capabilities. You will work directly with the Chief Product Officer in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product feature development across the AI platform, from technical design to user-facing implementation.
- Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
- Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights, iterate on features, and refine user flows.
- Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user journeys.
- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- Participate in Support Engineer rotations to assist customers and the customer support team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end — from concept to production — in full-stack development.
- Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Experience collaborating closely with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to shape product direction.
- Strong CS fundamentals with a habit of rapid learning and adaptation.
