About the Role
Imperial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual to train employees in janitorial and administrative tasks, cover accounts, and manage staff scheduling and performance. This role requires flexibility for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends, and involves screening new hires and ensuring operational coverage.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on janitorial and administrative tasks.
- Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
- Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
- Be on-call for emergency situations and calls during evenings and weekends.
- Screen new Custodial Technicians.
- Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
- Manage employee callouts.
- Correspond with Custodial Technicians.
- Report accidents and injuries.
- Address and resolve employee performance issues, including retraining as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in the Commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
