About the Role

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual to perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial clients. This role involves operating specialized equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and supervising cleaning associates. The position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks including operating pressure washers and machinery.
• Visit clients to understand their pressure washing needs.
• Clean various surfaces such as homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing.
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces.
• Use degreasers or removal chemicals as recommended.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure cleaning chemicals do not cause damage.
• Spot-check cleaned areas to ensure they meet company standards.
• Review job completion with the client.
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure assigned residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist in training powerwashing cleaning associates on company policy, procedures, and expectations.
• Set an example for associates in dress and behavior, ensuring adherence to grooming and conduct standards.
• Evaluate employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching, and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate.
• Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
• Drive to accounts and monitor time to ensure properties are cleaned within a given timeframe.
• Enter time logs and payments on daily route applications.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Skills

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment.
• Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
