About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a personalization platform that directly influences how we engage with millions of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insights and findings from a variety of models and analytics; craft strategic stories to be presented to client executives in support of CurinosOne platform
  • Support the business development efforts for CurinosOne by assisting with development of proposal material
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that are cross-functional and diverse in nature, e.g., roll-out of modules, methodology development and standardization, strategic opportunity exploration
  • Design analytic models and provide guidance to team members to use such models
  • Support the development of intellectual capital and methodology development within the division
  • Write and contribute to the publishing of articles and reports that position and establish the firm as a thought leader and defining the category narrative for the capability

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a management consultant, preferably in either a major strategy firm or one of the major process and technology firms; or 2+ years in retail or commercial banking, brokerage, wealth management, or consumer lending in an internal consulting or project management capacity
  • Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex analytics
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up
  • Someone excited about shaping how personalization evolves at scale – and how we bring it to market
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effective storytelling and logical presentation
  • Willingness to travel
