About the Role

This is a founding-stage, hands-on role at a fast-growing personalized health diagnostics startup based in Berlin. You'll work directly with the founders to move ideas into production quickly, automate manual operations using AI and code, and help build repeatable, measurable systems that improve member outcomes within a regulated health context. This is a 3–6 month engagement with potential for full-time conversion, reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CPTO with ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the founding team in a low-bureaucracy environment to ship ideas quickly.
Automate and eliminate manual operations work using AI, code, and clean processes.
Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members through the funnel.
Run operations and help acquire blood testing locations.
Recruit, onboard, and schedule mobile field staff.
Manage customer support and concierge workflows, including member requests and action plans.
Oversee labs and logistics: sample flow, shipping, and escalations.
Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns.
Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs.
Track ops KPIs with SQL and transform ad hoc processes into measurable systems.

Requirements

Strong ownership-driven, bias-to-action work style — hands-on and structured with clear processes.
Proven ability to turn manual processes into measurable, repeatable, automated systems.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff, and managing logistics operations.
Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and building tools with Lovable, Retool, or n8n.
AI-native mindset: daily use of tools like Claude, GPT, or Cursor; automations-first approach.
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a similar field (studying or graduated).
Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or GitHub work.
Experience in healthtech or regulated environments (nice to have).
Prior exposure to founding-stage or early-stage startups (nice to have).
