About the Role

This role involves assisting with the origination, structuring, and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions. You will collaborate with internal teams and functional partners to process transactions and manage client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution
  • Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials
  • Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
