About the Role

As an STC Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, providing a one-of-a-kind customer experience as the first in-person interaction for many clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6-8 customer appointments daily.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases.
• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record.
• Support your team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Over 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid active driver's license.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.

• $17.00 - $19.00/hr
