About the Role

As a founding-team member and Forward Deployed Engineer at a pre-seed AI-native platform for private market operations, you will own technical delivery end-to-end. You will work with customers to understand their workflows, translate them into AI deployments, and provide feedback for product evolution. This role is crucial for bridging customer success and product development in the AI financial services space.

Responsibilities

Manage technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from discovery to production launch.
Collaborate with customer operations teams to map workflows, identify pain points, and adoption barriers.
Convert customer processes into AI-driven, production-ready workflows on the platform.
Build customer-tailored prototypes with rapid iteration cycles and scope adjustments.
Incorporate deployment learnings into product planning for platform enhancement.
Develop standardized approaches and reusable components from recurring customer deployment patterns.

Requirements

Proven ability to transform customer workflows into production deployments of AI-driven systems.
End-to-end technical ownership mindset, comfortable driving projects from discovery to go-live.
Experience engaging with stakeholders in operations-heavy environments.
Proficiency in deploying AI/ML systems to production, including monitoring, rollback, and reliability practices.
Eligibility to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
