About the Role
The Customer Team Lead (all genders) Women's Health is responsible for building and leading a high-performing, adaptable, market- and customer-oriented field sales organization for Bayer Vital's gynecological products. In this role, you will be accountable for results in your area of responsibility, ensuring strategic priorities are consistently translated into measurable outcomes, clear focus decisions, and effective implementation. As a modern leader, you will actively embody the four central leadership roles of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) on both a 'Home' (for the sales area) and 'Work' (for customer teams) level, fostering collaboration with various interface functions. You will align closely with other 'Home' leads, contribute to the product team's strategy, create the framework for customer team success, and empower teams to achieve top performance independently. Within the given financial framework, you will set clear priorities, make active trade-offs, and dynamically steer resources to where the greatest impact occurs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear, inspiring vision for your area of responsibility, derived from the overarching business strategy, providing orientation and meaning to customer teams.
- Actively participate in short- and medium-term business planning within the product team and ensure successful market positioning of new and existing products.
- Anticipate market trends and derive forward-looking strategies.

- Design and implement an optimal organizational structure, processes, and systems that enable agile and effective work for customer teams.
- Ensure adequate structure and optimal resource utilization to achieve strategic goals.
- Manage revenue, costs, and budget for your area, regularly monitor development, and optimize investments with customer teams, while adhering to all medical, legal, and compliance requirements.

- Identify and remove obstacles hindering the success of customer teams.
- Conduct negotiations with strategic stakeholders and promote exchange and progress through participation in external committees and projects.
- Dedicate yourself to the development of your employees and all customer teams through targeted coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of trust and psychological safety where employees can grow and reach their full potential.
- Be responsible for personnel management and development according to Bayer guidelines, and identify, retain, and attract top talent for the organization.
