About the Role
Design, implement, and operationalize GenAI-enabled analytical frameworks to enhance personalization, automation, and decision intelligence. Develop and maintain data models and transformation pipelines using DBT, Databricks, and Python, focusing on scalability, reproducibility, and performance optimization. Conduct feature attribution and ROI modeling to quantify business value of AI features and inform enterprise prioritization. Lead prompt engineering and fine-tuning efforts for LLMs designed for financial services applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical AI standards. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design AI-integrated product strategies and measure their impact through advanced experimentation frameworks. Deliver high-fidelity visual analytics and executive storytelling, synthesizing model results and behavioral insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline (or foreign equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Data Insights Analyst/Engineer, Strategic Insights Analyst/Engineer, Service Analytics Associate, or related occupation, designing AI analytics, applied machine learning, or data-driven product strategy
- Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in Applied Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline (or foreign equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Data Insights Analyst/Engineer, Strategic Insights Analyst/Engineer, Service Analytics Associate, or related occupation, designing AI analytics, applied machine learning, or data-driven product strategy
- Developing data models using Python, SQL, DBT, Databricks, and data pipeline orchestration tools
- Working with Generative AI frameworks, including LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face Transformers for prompt optimization
- Performing predictive modeling, causal inference, and ROI estimation
- Presenting complex technical concepts to executives through compelling data narratives
- Delivering strategic differentiated solutions at enterprise scale cross-domains, including marketing, sales, finance, and service
