About the Role
Seeking an experienced, self-motivated paraprofessional for the Real Estate Consulting and Valuation practice in Las Vegas. This role provides analytical and administrative support for real estate valuation, appraisal, financial analysis, litigation support, tax planning, and consulting assignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of commercial real estate appraisal and consulting reports.
- Perform research using public records, market databases, and other real estate information sources.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain Excel workbooks used for valuation analyses and financial modeling.
- Format and edit professional reports using Microsoft Word.
- Collect, verify, and organize market data, comparable sales, lease information, and operating data.
- Prepare charts, tables, exhibits, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate project files and maintain engagement documentation.
- Assist with scheduling inspections, client communications, and project administration.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Occasionally travel to inspect properties or assist with client engagements throughout the western United States.
Requirements
- Approximately 4 or more years of professional work experience in a business, financial, real estate, accounting, legal, engineering, or consulting environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (typically short-duration trips).
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Will not consider candidates requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
