Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team in a leadership role where you can make a real impact. This position is ideal for a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building strong teams, and ensuring a salon runs at its best. Earn $25–$35+ per hour plus bonuses, paid training, and solid benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team
- Manage salon operations
- Deliver haircuts
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
- Focus on delivering great haircuts
- Guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
