About the Role
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team in a leadership role where you can make a real impact. This position is ideal for a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building strong teams, and ensuring a salon operates at its best. We are seeking candidates ready to take on full leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and manage salon operations.
- Deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Focus on team performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence.
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports).
- A goal-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
