Perform front-line production processes, operating machinery and equipment, and packaging final products. This role is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, innovating nutritional products for a healthier, more productive animal life.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others.
- Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
- Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate and follow instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
