About the Role
The Marketing Project Manager supports the Senior Project Manager in managing projects for Ken Garff dealerships and departments. This role assists with workflow, project and time tracking, and material production, collaborating with various internal teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Project manage key company projects across multiple disciplines and departments, including new site builds, conference materials, operational training, digital assets, and printed materials.
- Manage projects for Ken Garff fleet, parts, upfitting, and aftermarket automotive equipment brands.
- Communicate project timelines, budgets, and statuses to the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the execution of all Ken Garff dealership marketing activities.
- Own and manage assigned projects from beginning to end.
- Own and manage relationships with defined Ken Garff departments and entities.
- Share in responsibilities within the Agency Services department as needed.
- Align project goals with Ken Garff’s marketing and business objectives.
- Estimate time and budgets for projects and present to stakeholders.
- Use data and research to formulate recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Craft effective methods for identifying and reaching target audiences.
- Act as a marketing consultant to assigned entities, guiding them to optimal marketing decisions.
- Build and take responsibility for the ongoing marketing and advertising plan budget for assigned entities.
- Assess performance of and manage relationships with third-party marketing vendors.
- Oversee the quality and final delivery of all marketing assets and activities for each brand.
- Gather and assemble relevant dealership marketing performance data for analysis.
- Track and report on relevant market, manufacturer, and competitor trends.
- Track, report, and analyze key marketing performance metrics related to ROI and ROAS.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders for relevant projects.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing plans to maximize efficiency and business results.
