About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing strategic finance professional to join our growing GTM Finance team. This role offers broad exposure to company-building within a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company, with a focus on growth, pricing, margin, and capacity decisions. You will partner directly with GTM leadership and contribute to shaping the company's trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM org.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, S&M spend, headcount, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze key metrics for a usage-based business, including ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, retention, and GTM efficiency.
• Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate growth initiatives, shape pricing, and design sales compensation.
• Assist in preparing board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses.
• Enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and operational rigor to support rapid revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transform ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives.
• Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI / infrastructure / developer tooling.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
