About the Role

This position will manage the Corporate Natural Resources Clean Energy portfolio, driving strategic sales and solutioning for complex liquidity and account solutions. The role involves evaluating client investment policies and creating optimal yield-generating portfolios for working capital.

Responsibilities

• Manage client segments and leverage Liquidity & Investment offerings to develop tailored solutions.
• Meet with senior stakeholders to optimize liquidity revenues and client experience.
• Participate in client discussions to understand needs and identify engagement opportunities.
• Provide product performance feedback and analyze new product development opportunities.
• Participate in/lead deal structuring, pricing, and execution; respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Drive pipeline growth and conversion initiatives, ensuring new wins are correctly implemented.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and risks/opportunities for liquidity products.
• Leverage AI and Data skills to devise portfolio-level client sensitivity and margin growth strategies.
• Collaborate with bankers and cross-product colleagues to deliver RoTCE targets.
• Participate in industry events to promote Citi's services.
• Implement performance improvement strategies focusing on cross-sell and integration.
• Assist sales and relationship managers in identifying client needs and proposing solutions.
• Manage ongoing product performance, client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution.
• Gather market intelligence and develop market sizing studies to identify attractive segments.
• Represent customer needs and provide strategic directions on product development.
• Partner with sales teams to identify client opportunities and meet prospective clients.
• Build consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for clients.
• Refine and produce sector-specific marketing material for the sales force.
• Manage product risk and control, documentation, credit, legal, and regulatory risk.
• Analyze vertical/product specific P&Ls to ensure goals are met.
• Assess risk appropriately, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
• Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals with e-commerce solutions preferred.
• Ability to make complex judgments and provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought.
• In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution.
• Developed diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others.
• Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers.
