Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention programs, potentially in homes or centers.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and track child progress.
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services as mandated by the IFSP.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support child goals.
- Complete documentation and progress notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an occupational therapy program accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license for the state of practice.
- DOH Approval.
