About the Role
This opportunity offers exposure to specialized tax and compliance engagements, combining technical tax work with data-driven reporting. In this role, you will contribute as part of a collaborative team while building a strong foundation in Asset Management tax.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, organize, and validate financial data to support client tax reporting using proprietary tax processing software
- Prepare and support client deliverables related to Asset Management tax and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and engagement objectives
- Support the delivery of Asset Management tax solutions through accurate data analysis and reporting
- Work closely with tax professionals across levels as part of integrated engagement teams
- Apply technical and analytical skills to solve reporting and compliance challenges
- Contribute to a team-based environment focused on quality, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business, finance, commerce, business data management, or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience in tax, accounting, asset management, fund accounting, financial reporting, audit support, financial data analysis, or a combination of these areas
- Experience analyzing, organizing, reconciling, or validating financial data to support tax, accounting, reporting, or compliance deliverables
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to work with financial data, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, or similar reporting tools
- Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in Tax
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with financial data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
