About the Role

This role provides technical support to UK Facultative production and placement teams, resolves client and reinsurer queries, and generates contractual documentation. It involves internal collaboration, marketing reinsurance, collecting and analyzing data for submissions, and maintaining IT systems, all while adhering to Aon's risk management framework and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to UK Facultative production and placement teams.
• Resolve queries received from clients and reinsurers, liaising with colleagues in other departments as necessary.
• Generate and review contractual documentation.
• Collaborate internally across Aon Reinsurance Solutions globally.
• Work in partnership with the Account Executive team in marketing reinsurance, involving communication with clients and reinsurers.
• Collect and analyze data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations.
• Populate and maintain data within Aon’s IT systems and Trackers.
• Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and comply with Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in risk management and mandatory training.

Requirements

• Education to at least A level standard.
• Willingness to learn or entry-level technical (re)insurance knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Data analysis abilities.
• Good level of IT competency (Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Possibly some experience of working in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to.
