About the Role

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate craft workers, plan labor requirements, and ensure project quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers.
  • Plans labor requirements.
  • Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
  • Confirms completion and documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
  • Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems.
  • Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience.
  • 3 years electrical supervisory experience.
  • Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License.
  • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
  • Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory.
  • 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
