About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager will assist with the development and execution of project plans and schedules, monitor project performance, identify resource requirements, and ensure all work is planned. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to support project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project databases, working files, field binders, and field tickets.
- Prepare and generate routine reports and correspondence, with some involvement in more complex reports.
- Provide guidance to field personnel in support of work execution.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, change orders, and the estimation process.
- Calculate and manage smaller scale projects, including scheduling, material ordering, and billing.
- Contact vendors and research literature and regulatory requirements.
- Price change orders.
- Step in and assist with various tasks on larger scale projects as needed.
- Assist in the estimating process.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Project Manager.

Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Salary/Compensations
- $65,000 - $80,000
