About the Role

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities for all aspects of assigned projects, from inception through execution and close-out. The position oversees project performance, including P&L, and ensures customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing regular status reports.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop relationship plans and assign personnel.
  • Respond to and resolve all customer issues or concerns regarding the project.
  • Understand contract requirements, including deliverables, KPIs, schedule, safety, and customer-specific needs.
  • Manage changes and scope creep through contract change orders and scope review with the customer.
  • Ensure tracking systems support contract and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into INTREN systems.
  • Direct staff for invoicing and job closeout.
  • Oversee the estimating process and assigned field resources for estimate and proposal development.
  • Ensure the quality of data provided to the customer.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for all aspects of assigned projects, from inception through execution and close-out.
  • Direct staff to ensure job setup, production accuracy, cost accuracy, and change orders are performed.
  • Communicate support requirements to staff accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide project status reports on overall project performance to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Responsible for overall project performance (P&L).
  • Provide periodic project status reports and performance reports to the customer.
  • Maintain a resource-loaded schedule for all assigned projects.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including timesheets, production, and accounts payable.
  • Lead project teams using project management tools and processes.
  • Review and accept contractual terms and conditions.
  • Incorporate customer requirements and procedures into the execution plan.
  • Lead the team in developing and executing the project plan and schedule.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust the plan as needed.
  • Apply lessons learned.
  • Manage project team performance.
  • Identify high-risk activities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain customer awareness of project status, issues, and changes.
  • Follow all applicable INTREN defined processes and procedures.

Salary/Compensations

  • $130,000 - $150,000
