About the Role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The Mission Readiness team ensures ongoing customer mission readiness throughout the product lifecycle, providing services that are more efficient and cost-effective than if provided directly by business lines. This role will establish the aftermarket service offerings for defense customers, working closely with corporate strategy and business lines to understand customer needs and shape post-production service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team to create a combined aftermarket strategy and offering management function focused on services for Anduril's hardware+software solutions.
- Develop and execute an organized approach to understanding the defense competitive landscape and positioning Anduril's services.
- Partner with Divisions & Business Lines to create intentional, scalable, deliverable, and profitable service offerings for their products.
- Oversee the portfolio of strategic service offerings for a cohesive pan-product customer approach.
- Become intimately familiar with Mission Readiness services to identify opportunities and risks.
- Convene and conduct robust, hypothesis-driven business analyses for actionable insights and outcome-changing decisions.
- Coordinate with Finance and Contracts to refine the economics of Mission Readiness services and define deliverables and success metrics.
- Lead the development of inputs for annual and periodic business forecasting activities related to strategic investment.
- Tie the strategic direction of Mission Readiness capacity and capability to that of the Business Lines for growth and efficiencies.
- Serve as a key leadership team member in Mission Readiness, partnering with the VP and peers to coordinate cross-functional strategy and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in technical/analytical field
- 15+ years of professional experience in business strategy, product management, business analysis, aircraft/component maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), field services and/or finance
- Minimum of two years of experience directly managing 5+ employees
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to be local or relocate to London, UK
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Security clearance
