Responsibilities

• Aid and assist customers to enhance their showroom and service experience.
• Achieve sales and leasing targets for new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards.
• Welcome customers entering the service area with a friendly demeanor, address inquiries, and provide guidance.
• Manage the flow of service traffic and parking.
• Conduct road tests on vehicles.
• Transport parts as required.
• Drive vehicles cautiously and to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking lots.
• Maintain a tidy and safe service drive area.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance.
• Generate key tags for vehicles.
• Remove plastic and paper mats in front of the customer.
• Inquire about customer satisfaction with their service visit.
• Express gratitude to customers for their business and encourage safe driving.
• Avoid bringing vehicles with dashboard lights on for customers.
• Place keys back on the keyboard.
• Wear the provided uniform and ensure the headset is fully charged.
• Display the name badge at all times.
• Clean and disinfect all areas of the service center regularly.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license at all times.
• Candidates must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
