About the Role
This Working Student position at JPMorganChase in Berlin offers variety, growth, and an introduction to a range of projects and tasks, providing extensive exposure to the daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed for on-the-job experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides general support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting.
- Participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification.
- Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases.
- Supports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs.
- Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree during the entire duration of the program and graduating in January 2028 at the earliest.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Skills
- Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar.
- Knowledge of additional languages, with fluency in German often required.
