About the Role

Senior Manager – CNB Treasury Management Integration Services will lead a team of engineers, plan technical projects, collaborate with business partners, and bridge the gap between business goals and technological solutions. This role manages and provides leadership to the delivery team, ensuring successful project completion on time, within budget, and meeting quality and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will lead key Treasury Management integration projects driving client-centric solutions, ensuring seamless milestone tracking, transparent reporting, and successful program closure. This role combines integration leadership expertise with hands-on engineering oversight, coordinating cross-functional technology teams and contractor resources to deliver integration solutions while maximizing cost savings and minimizing business disruption through systematic sunset planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of development and application specialist resources, including FTEs and contractors.
  • Provide direction, expertise, feedback, coaching, and development to build staff capability and empower the team.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and Technical resources aligned to Business Partners.
  • Set technical direction for ensuring adherence to overall IT direction.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical strategy, roadmap, and technical currency for applications within the portfolio.
  • Serve as an expert consultant on technical and management direction for applications and processes within the area of responsibility, focusing on cross-functional partnerships.
  • Manage day-to-day resource allocation, anticipate staff shortages or surpluses, and proactively address issues and hiring needs.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory regulations with timely resolution of identified risks or findings.
  • Research emerging trends/best practices and determine implications of proposed solutions on meeting business unit strategy.
  • Identify technical and business opportunities to leverage cross-organizational knowledge, best practices, and reusability to expedite solutions and enhance quality.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with 3rd party vendors through effective communication, collaboration, daily standups, and regular partnership meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership management experience in software development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent financial services or fintech experience.
  • Advanced experience with Big Data Technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka), .Net, React, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices, NoSQL/SQL databases.
  • Experience with DevOps, CD/CI tools (GitHub, Helios or similar tools) and Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Azure, AWS etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to determine the information and communication needs of stakeholders and projects.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of technology and/or the financial services industry.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Contractor and vendor management experience.
  • Experience with Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
  • Knowledge of AI/machine learning and modern technology stack applications.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable engineering practices.
  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
