About the Role
Serve as a primary point of contact for RBC Dominion Securities' Investment Advisors and Associates across Canada, providing expert guidance on fee-based and managed programs. This role is essential to driving sales field growth by delivering comprehensive support on MSG offerings, resolving client concerns, and ensuring seamless program transitions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail with same-day turnaround (95% of your time)
- Manage the PC USA Investment Representative application process and maintain daily compliance with PFIC and trading rules
- Ensure correct investment classification for fee billing accuracy
- Escalate complex issues to the Associate Program Management team for resolution
- Develop and deliver educational sessions, including MSG program training calls and quarterly presentations at new advisor/associate seminars
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
- Provide hands-on technical support to the field on platforms including A+ Desktop, Target Allocation Calculator, Pricing Tool, IPS Toolkit, My Proposal, and IPP.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in financial services (Dominion Securities experience preferred)
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent calls, video conferences, and emails daily
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- CSC or (CIRE) , CFA Level 1, CIM designation, or proven securities trading expertise
- Advanced Excel proficiency
