About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position is crucial for upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring the health and safety of everyone by exceeding standard protocols.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicles from processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed and may transport them to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Maintain desktops, countertops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and perform sweeping of the lot and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily branch cleanliness.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
