Responsibilities

  • Develops data reports and business processes to identify risks and opportunities for the spares business.
  • Collaborates with business units and supply chain to manage a roadmap of CIP parts addressing customer needs related to spares value and performance.
  • Identifies gaps in the spares portfolio and develops business cases for new development.
  • Approves Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Implements Part Change Notifications (PCNs) with Global Product Support.
  • Provides guidance and input to Engineering and Business Units regarding the field service impact of part/supplier changes.
  • Facilitates intercompany communication to align on product strategies, pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
  • Implements the cost reduction roadmap.
  • Manages strategic vendor issues involving customer interactions and multi-organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Technical majors (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry) are preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Supply Chain, Semiconductor Equipment, Service Parts, or Operations.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment, aftermarket service, or spare parts businesses.
  • Background working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and customers.
  • Experience with business case development and portfolio management.
  • P&L awareness and financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with market and competitive analysis.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Comfortable applying AI tools.
  • Experience with Engineering Change Order (ECO) review and approval.
  • Experience with Part Change Notification (PCN) implementation.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Change Order and Customer Change Notification processes.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a complex, rapidly changing environment and takes ownership of delivering business outcomes.
