About the Role

As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Senior Dir. of Brand Marketing and the Senior Dir. Brand Creative. Nike's community of administrative assistants embody professionalism, resilience, agility, emotional intelligence and exemplify the best of Nike’s culture modeling Nike’s core values to leaders, teammates, and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties for a diverse team of people and/or leaders with a variety of management styles.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for leaders, managing conflicts and coordinating with teammates and leaders.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for leaders, managing itineraries and necessary documentation.
  • Plan meetings and events, including securing event space, budgeting, catering, agenda planning, scheduling, reminders, and working with external parties.
  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices or purchase orders for vendors.
  • Produce, edit, and reformat documents and email correspondence, including updating organizational charts and creating presentations.
  • Write, contribute, and/or edit draft communications under leader's direction, involve appropriate stakeholders, and gain final approval.
  • Manage distribution lists and send communications on the leader’s behalf.
  • Coordinate team space planning, workspace, and/or equipment moves.
  • Assist leader with tracking of expenses.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Help the team build connections through staff meetings, team building activities, offsites, and workspace.
  • Support team plans, projects, activations, or other deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for administrative questions from the team.
  • Provide coverage for other leaders where temporary administrative needs exist.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • High learning agility, strong organization skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, able to prioritize across multiple tasks.
  • Able to set expectations across a variety of stakeholders and take initiative to follow-through on requests through completion.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team and adapt style to efficiently and effectively support leaders and businesses.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with times of high ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to follow-through on requests until completion with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Virtual meeting tools (Zoom / MS Teams)
  • Keynote (a plus)
  • AI tools like Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot (a plus)

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience
  • Previous Nike work experience (a plus)

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Suitable combination of education, experience and training

Salary/Compensations

  • $26.59 - $52.50 per hour
