About the Role

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for issuing lockers, towels, and toiletry items, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Locker Room and Lounge Area. This role accommodates special guest requests and ensures a high standard of service within a prestigious private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect used towels and restock with fresh towels.
• Inspect Locker Rooms and Lounge for cleanliness and tidiness.
• Inspect and restock the vanity area.
• Perform daily inventory of essential items.
• Inspect all areas every 15 minutes.
• Clean and polish member/guest shoes upon request.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
