About the Role

The Locker Room Attendant will issue lockers, towels, and toiletry items to members and guests, while also ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Locker Room and Lounge Area. This role accommodates special guest requests when possible.

Responsibilities

• Collect used towels and restock fresh towels.
• Inspect Locker Rooms and Lounge for cleanliness and tidiness.
• Inspect and restock the vanity area.
• Perform daily inventory of essential items.
• Inspect all areas every 15 minutes.
• Clean and polish member/guest shoes upon request.

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to occasionally sit.
• Ability to occasionally lift, bend, and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal preferred).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
