About the Role
Join Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, focusing on evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical supervision. This role is ideal for those passionate about the diagnostic and clinical reasoning aspects of OT, with a fully flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, treatment planning, and case supervision.
- Schedule evaluations during daytime hours and optional Saturdays.
- Combine evaluations with afternoon treatment sessions or additional clinic/school hours if desired.
- Mentor and supervise other clinicians.
- Observe and support occasional treatment sessions.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Active New York State OT License.
- Strong pediatric evaluation experience, including standardized assessment administration and interpretation, sensory integration, handwriting, and self-regulation strategies.
- Experience with treatment plan development preferred.
- Comfort mentoring or supervising other clinicians is a plus.
- Creative, motivated, disciplined, and confident working independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
