About the Role
This Director role is a critical member of the GMNS Product Business Operations team, responsible for leading key risk and control-related Product Governance processes. The successful candidate will drive governance, operational excellence, and risk management activities to ensure products and capabilities are developed, launched, refreshed, maintained, and retired in accordance with enterprise policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive governance, operational excellence, and risk management activities.
- Own product inventory management.
- Support New Product Approval (AEMP54) governance.
- Partner closely with GMNS Product partners to strengthen Product Lifecycle Governance from ideation through retirement.
- Serve as a flexible Business Operations leader capable of supporting a broad range of governance and risk management priorities.
- Provide leadership support for organizational risk, governance, operational excellence, or regulatory needs.
Requirements
- Serve as a key partner to Product, Control Management, GCO, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and other first- and second-line stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust and sustainable product governance framework.
- Support New Product Approval (AEMP54) governance.
- Strengthen Product Lifecycle Governance from ideation through retirement.
- Support Issue and ORE management.
- Support remediation oversight.
- Support RCSA execution.
- Support audit and exam coordination.
- Support policy and regulatory change initiatives.
