About the Role

Goodwin & Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Inspector to drive through assigned communities and notate violations. This role requires a reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance, with mileage and toll reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect properties within Association for Deed Restriction Violations
• Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations
• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Perform miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities
• Attend monthly meetings

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle with adequate and current automobile insurance
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must meet criminal background requirements
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to navigate through different application systems
