Responsibilities

Own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success.
Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage inventory and roll out new products and services.
Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
