About the Role

RBC is seeking a driven Program Manager to lead strategic AI Programs, guiding end-to-end execution of large-scale AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) programs within the bank. This role involves collaboration across cross-functional teams and supporting functions, working closely with leadership and executive sponsors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Track overall strategy and value delivery for AI Programs.
  • Advise, shape, or structure programs that drive bottom-line impact with enterprise leadership.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Risk and Compliance, Procurement, and other key stakeholders to implement streamlined processes for AI solution approvals.
  • Manage integrated schedules across delivery teams for appropriate planning and smooth execution.
  • Lead storytelling in executive leadership forums with presentations, status updates, business cases, and communications to drive decision-making.
  • Escalate issues to leadership to accelerate delivery.
  • Consult with delivery groups, challenge teams appropriately, and support them in navigating enterprise processes and removing roadblocks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support AI program execution.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial services leadership.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Proven leadership and project/program management skills to drive alignment across key business functions.
  • Deep understanding and proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with executives.
  • Matrixed leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships across RBC.
  • Strong experience building executive-level presentations and communications.
  • Strong program and change management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills / executive presence.
