About the Role
Lead post-sales customer relationships from implementation through renewal and expansion, serving as the primary point of contact for General Counsel, legal ops leaders, and in-house teams. Drive successful rollouts, build trust with executives, and ensure customers see measurable value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead new customers from signed contract to live product, mapping legal workflows, configuring the platform, and driving adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships with GCs, legal ops leads, and day-to-day users.
- Plan and run QBRs and business reviews to align on goals, surface value, and set the roadmap.
- Own the renewal process, including forecasting, managing stakeholder alignment, mitigating churn risk, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Monitor adoption and usage signals, proactively flag risk, and run action plans to keep accounts healthy.
- Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and relay customer feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role (implementation, customer success, account management, or consulting), ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of owning the full post-sales lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to map complex workflows and translate customer needs into product configuration and change management plans.
- Strong executive presence, confident in running QBRs and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Genuine curiosity and excitement about AI and its transformation of legal and enterprise workflows.
- Experience working with legal teams is a plus.
- Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or supporting products used by in-house legal teams is a bonus.
- Early experience at a fast-growing startup, including building the playbook while running it, is a bonus.
- Background in management consulting or another structured, client-facing, analytical role is a bonus.
