About the Role
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Direct Lending Team, managing daily tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, and general office organization. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and consistent professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to two Senior Managing Directors and a broader team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Coordinate Investment Committee Governance, including meetings, agendas, materials, attendee management, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between investment professionals and internal teams such as Private Wealth, Institutional Capital, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Compliance.
- Identify process improvements and develop scalable administrative workflows.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including the Credit Analyst Program and Intern Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience.
- Experience within financial services is a plus.
- Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously.
- Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expenses, and scheduling meetings across large groups.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat DC, and Concur.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
