About the Role
The primary focus of the position is to provide strategic support and management of regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Marketing Director with the creation of marketing plans and strategies, including market research, advertising costs, and demographic profiles.
- Manage the development of creative marketing materials and collateral for on-site team members, coordinating direct mailers, outreach marketing, and signage.
- Collaborate with design teams, third-party vendors, and on-site associates to create and write ads for various media to generate qualified traffic and promote the Pinnacle brand.
- Develop competitive messaging for property websites.
- Review and analyze traffic reports and ROI to determine marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct audits on various media and technology performance areas.
- Acquire contracts from national media vendors and stay abreast of their products.
- Support the regional team's use of new innovations and marketing partnerships.
- Analyze property demographics and develop marketing campaigns for various property types.
- Support the Regional Marketing Director in maintaining marketing standard operating policies and procedures.
- Attend client meetings on behalf of the Regional Marketing Director.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings on behalf of the Regional Marketing Director.
- Support new property marketing transitions.
- Ensure Pinnacle's brand standards are maintained.
- Update the marketing tool box with new deliverable templates.
- Other functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of related multifamily marketing experience
- Extensive copywriting experience and excellent command of the English language required
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and ambitious attitude is essential
- Strong copywriting, organizational and administrative skills are necessary
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work independently with various departments within the organization.
- Adjustable work hours possible to accommodate deadlines in other time zones.
