About the Role
Qrypt is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and package Qrypt's technology into understandable, evaluable, and purchasable products. This role involves customer interaction, product packaging decisions, and writing requirements to translate technology into market-ready offerings. You will collaborate with engineering and product leadership to ensure market alignment and deliverable products.
Responsibilities
- Own product definition end to end, translating Qrypt's technology into a coherent set of products.
- Conduct customer and market discovery to understand problems, buying criteria, and competitive advantages.
- Define packaging and positioning for offerings, including target audience and differentiation.
- Write product requirements and specifications, and prioritize roadmaps with engineering and product leadership.
- Act as a liaison between market needs and engineering execution, managing tradeoffs and scope.
- Support go-to-market strategies by equipping sales with necessary information and materials.
- Build the product practice, including discovery cadence, requirements standards, and prioritization, as an early product hire.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with senior ownership of a technical B2B product line.
- Deep-tech or security-native background, with experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, post-quantum encryption, or security infrastructure.
- Proven track record of taking products from definition through launch, including packaging and positioning.
- Strong customer discovery skills and ability to translate market input into product direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable as an early, hands-on product hire building the function.
- Fluency with AI and agent-assisted workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
