About the Role
O.C. Tanner is seeking a Product Manager to join their cross-functional product team. This role involves working closely with UX designers, engineers, and global stakeholders to define and deliver impactful features that enhance the employee experience through the Culture Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for key areas of the Culture Cloud platform.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data, research, and strategic insight.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across global teams (U.S. and India).
- Measure product success through KPIs, user feedback, and experimentation.
- Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship successful products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery techniques.
- Comfort with data analysis, user research, and iterative development.
- A passion for creating meaningful, user-centered digital experiences.
- Experience working with design systems and UX teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Background in HR tech, employee engagement, or workplace culture.
- Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineering teams.
