About the Role
The Lead, Provincial Programs, is a senior member of the team who will lead provincial planning and execution for complex initiatives to advance provincial system priorities in alignment with the COE. The role is accountable for fostering, maintaining, and enhancing strong working relationships and strategic business partnerships with senior and executive levels of management at CAMH, OH (COE, OH Regions, etc.), service providers, and other stakeholders. The role provides subject matter expertise and experience with key components of provincial programs, including program design, implementation, change management, sector engagement, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead provincial planning and execution for complex initiatives.
- Foster, maintain, and enhance strong working relationships and strategic business partnerships with senior and executive levels of management at CAMH, OH (COE, OH Regions, etc.), service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise and experience with key components of provincial programs (e.g., program design, implementation, change management, sector engagement, performance monitoring).
- Support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork, and complies with all applicable and legislative requirements.
- Travel to CAMH or CAMH partner sites as required by business needs.
